We want you to love your Curiosity Box finds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your style doesn't fit your curiosity, we'll help you find the right match or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into the box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
